Q: How do I return my order?
A: To return your item, you can fill in the withdrawal form. Please fill in the order number, article SKU, and quantity, with the reason for return. Then our Customer Service will handle your ticket as soon as possible.

Q: What are the return conditions?
A: The cooling-off period for Nacatin products is 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. Multiple items in one order? Then you're in luck. The cooling-off period only takes effect once you have received all your products.
• If the product is damaged or incomplete, please let us know.
• If you’re not happy with your purchase (including clearance and sale articles), you can return the product(s) if they are complete and in their original packaging and state.
Q: Want to know more about the cooling-off period?
A: We offer a cooling-off period at Nacatin. Within this time period, you can look at the article and try it like you would in a store. As soon as you put the article to use, the cooling-off period has ended.
In your account, you can find an overview of the items you can still return. After you’ve notified us of the products you would like to return, you can schedule an appointment to have the item picked up. We recommend that you don’t send the product back on your own accord, since the above-mentioned pick-up service is free of charge.
We shall return the full payment within 14 days after we received the returned article. Please note that, as far as technically possible, the refund will be issued to the same account and via the same method as used to place the order.
Q: I have returned more items than it says in my email
A: When you return more than one item, it’s possible that you’ll receive a separate return email for each product you return.
